These High Quality T-6061 Aluminum intake manifolds replace the factory manifold on 2.0L (LNF) Ecotecs.

 

Available for the:

  • 2008-2010 Chevrolet Cobalt 2.0L (LNF) 
  • 2008-2011 Chevrolet HHR 2.0L (LNF)

  • Factory Located Throttle Body, No need for any change in your charge pipe system.
  • Specialty formed intake runners are 1 piece
  • Professionally TIG Welded
  • CNC machined sub components
  • Includes accessory port, 1/8" NPT for: Boost Gauges, Boost Controllers, MAP Sensors, ETC.
  • Includes a 3/8" NPT port for the Brake Booster
  • Includes factory style connection for MAP sensor

Note:

Base manifold blocks factory PCV port.  You may upgrade below and choose the PCV cartridge option.  This option allows you to install your factory PCV check valve and maintain stock PCV functionality. (Check valve not included with cartridge option).  Upgrade option includes: Check valve cartridge, lines, all connection fittings, and install instructions.
 
 

Does NOT fit if you have the ZZP High Pressure Fuel pump.  The ZZP pump is much larger than the stock pump and interferes with this intake manifold.

Review of product: this is a fantastic product! even with out a tune this thing increased throttle response noticeably! pretty good gains on hp and torque with this as well!!! and it makes the engine bay look so much more cleaner!
